
About MaryKay
I have spent most of my life in a studio or classroom teaching everything from aerobics, to Pilates, yoga, Health, P.E., mindfulness, meditation, and most recently, sound. I have witnessed the powerful effects of these healing practices in myself and in others. I have attended numerous workshops and trainings, and am constantly experimenting and learning new modalities. I’ve helped high school students and staff lower stress and anxiety, and then used every tool in the shed while teaching during a pandemic and raising our granddaughter. I have come to rely on a certain level of serenity in my life and know what I need to do to achieve it. And now I would love to help you.
My classes, retreats, and coaching blend movement, stillness, reflection, connection, deep rest, and sound. I don’t take life too seriously, but do realize the power of these methods to shift energy and change your lives for the better. My hope is that you will invest in the most important person in the room and make space for yourself to shed, grow, and heal. It’s my passion in life, and I hope you will join in:)
