VIDEO SERIES TESTIMONIAL:

“Marykay’s video series has truly changed my daily life. My blood pressure is lower, my mind feels calmer and more present, and I honestly didn’t realize how tense and stressed I had been until I finally wasn’t.”

Sound Baths

A sound bath is an immersive experience that uses sound to induce a state of mental, emotional, and physical rest.

The goal is to reduce stress, and promote relaxation and well-being. A practitioner uses crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and gentle rattles to immerse the participant in sound waves.

Benefits of sound baths may include: improved sleep, decreased tension and fatigue, lower heart rate, increased focus and clarity, and reduced negative thoughts and emotions.

Private and semi-private sound baths available by appointment

Zoom Sound Baths will be held the second Thursday of the month from 4:15-5:00 p.m. EST beginning with a complimentary session September 10.

(The sound bath for sleep can be found as a bonus module in the video series)

Headphones highly recommended:)
