Virtual Class

We will begin with a little movement to release tension, rest in restorative poses to ground the body, and receive a sound bath with crystal and himalayan bowls to reset the nervous system.

Props required:  Mat, two heavier yoga type blankets, bolster or pillows, and a quiet space

Retreats

We will gather in the Sound Loft (Versailles) to release stress, reset, and renew.  We'll explore some fun and unstructured movement, stretch and breathe, journal in nature, connect in community, then rest and receive the healing instruments through a sound bath.

Full Day: 6 hours

Group Coaching

Develop a sustainable mindfulness practice in community, with accountability, support, and encouragement. 

Embody methods to get and stay grounded; including breathwork, meditation techniques, sorting emotions, effective communication, restorative yoga, and sound therapy.

• Accountability for daily meditation and gratitudes

• Weekly video assignment with zoom follow up 

6 week program

Required materials:  Mat, journal, 2 heavier yoga type blankets, bolster or pillows, a quiet space, an open mind, and a willingness to participate fully.
