Sound Baths

A sound bath is an immersive experience that uses sound to induce a state of mental, emotional, and physical rest.

The goal is to reduce stress, and promote relaxation and well-being. A practitioner uses crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and gentle rattles to immerse the participant in sound waves.

Benefits of sound baths may include: improved sleep, decreased tension and fatigue, lower heart rate, increased focus and clarity, and reduced negative thoughts and emotions.

I’m slowly recovering from shoulder surgery and will be offering zoom sound baths in the future. In the meantime, try this sound bath for sleep. Headphones highly recommended:)
