What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive experience of sound and vibrations used to create a soundscape to help relax the mind and body.
The goal is to reduce stress, and promote relaxation and well-being. A practitioner uses instruments to immerse the participant in sound waves using crystal or himalayan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, shakers, or gongs. Participants lie or sit in a comfortable position to receive the sounds.
